Refund & cancellation policy
Asonest is a subscription service, billed through Paddle, our payment provider and Merchant of Record. This policy explains when you can get a refund and how to cancel.
14-day money-back guarantee
If Asonest is not right for you, request a full refund within 14 days of any subscription payment — no questions asked. We refund the charge in full to your original payment method.
After 14 days
Payments are non-refundable once 14 days have passed. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for; you will not be charged again.
How to cancel
Cancel from Billing in your account settings, or by contacting us. Cancelling stops future renewals — your plan stays active until the current period ends.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] from the address on your account within the 14-day window and we will process the refund. Refunds are issued through Paddle and usually appear within 5–10 business days.
